These two patients share their experiences with saline and silicon breast implants.The patient who is 5 days out from her procedure with silicon implants reports that there was very little pain and that she was walking out of the OR post-procedure since it was under local (awake) anesthesia. Her implants are above the muscle and under the fascia.The patient who had her procedure done 3 years ago had her saline implants placed under the muscle.
