Sir Geoff Mulgan is the Professor of Collective Intelligence, Public Policy and Social Innovation at University College London. With a world of careers, his roles have spanned from the Head of Public Policy in the British Prime Minister's office, Director of the Government's Strategy Unit to CEO of Nesta, the UK's innovation foundation.
