SITB 149 feat. Rich DietZ(DJ/Producer Duo)

from Sherm In The Booth · host Sherm In The Booth

Yes yes we are back again with another brand new #SITB! This is a big one and I'm so excited to have these guys on the show. Episode 149 features the talented DJ/Producer duo @richdietzofficial ! I don't know if I have ever laughed so much in an interview... but all jokes aside these guys are moving FAST and are well on their way to the top. In episode 149 we discussed: Early inspirations and influences: Mike and Joe are both from NJ and have always had a passion for music. The east coast has a rich culture of hip/hop and left field electronic music like Jersey Club but Rich DietZ draws inspiration from so many types of music when making music. The come-up: Mike and Joe both had individual DJ careers before Rich DietZ but they reconnected when they were both living in FL to talk music. It didn't take more than a day for them to realize they shared a connection that was worth building upon. Rich DietZ Discography: These guys have HUSTLED their way to 40,000 monthly Spotify Listeners across 20+ originals over the past 2 years. Their creativity reaches new levels on tracks like "Bob Ross", "Ferris Wheel", and "White Claw Song" which has gone viral in the TikTok community. They've also released tons of "TreatZ" on their SoundCloud which has helped them grow an incredible organic following. Future Plans: Although the guys have already had so much success, they are just getting started. They are absolute units in the studio and have more than enough unreleased tunes to get through 2021 - from my chair, these guys are breaking ground in more ways that just music and they are a true joy to be around. Holy sh*t they are funny AF!! Thanks so much for coming on the show and sharing your story! We on that Rich Diet!!! linktr.ee/sherminthebooth
