Today's interview features one of the most successful and influential tastemakers in Chicago hospitality - Carmen Rossi! Carmen's name is extremely well known in Chicago for a multitude of reasons including hospitality, event curation, culinary practices, and he's even a key player in various Chicago city boards like the IL restaurant association, landmark association AND he's a lawyer.
