SITB 205 feat. Win and Woo (DJ/Producer Duo)

from Sherm In The Booth · host Sherm In The Booth

I am so excited to have the incredibly talented DJ/Producer duo Win and Woo back on for their second episode!! ✌🏻 The last time Nick and Austin came on was on episode 80 in September 2019 and SO much has happened for them since then. Such an amazing conversation throughout. 🎙 In 205 we got it all in and discussed: •LA Life: Although the boys are originally from Chicago, they are definitely loving Los Angeles. We caught up on some of the exciting collaborations and features they've been working on in-person in the City of Angels. Los Angeles is a truly amazing place for creators, there are so many artists to work with and inspiration is always on 100. Boys... when is that Kaleena Zanders track coming out?! 🎸 •”10 Years": Win and Woo recently released three singles from their upcoming album called "10 Years" and it's a true testament to the 10 years of work they've put into their project. We ran through the creation and collaboration process on tracks like "Knots" with Blair Lee, "Good Catch" with sad alex, and "Vanilla Sky" with Wrabel. You can feel something deep in these compositions and this album is a massive cornerstone for them. So exciting!! 👏🏻 •Unapologetically Win and Woo: These guys have had so much success over the years with their music. Official remixes for Katy Perry and Zedd, massive singles like "Chicago" and "Sleepwalking", and collaborations with artists like Autograf. However, their new album has been created differently because they wanted to create a body of work that shows where they are with their love of music today. They partnered with SoundCloud to have free reign on "10 Years" and they've never been more proud and happy with their productions. Amazing to hear 🥹 I have been a Win and Woo fan for years and this interview really hit home for me as a fan and as a fellow creator. They continue to grow as artists but also as people and I have a lot of love and respect for that.❤️‍🔥 Austin, congrats on your new baby and best wishes to you and your family! Thank you both for making some time to come on SITB. 🙌🏻
