Sligo doctor supports Tobacco Free Hospital Campus

A local doctor has explained why he supports Sligo University Hospital's decision to be a Tobacco Free Campus.The policy to promote a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff and visitors.The hospital is applying a zero tolerance approach to smoking on hospital grounds and is seeking the support of the local community to help achieve this.Dr Diarmaid Hughes, who works at SUH, says smoking goes against what the hospital stands for:
