Hi, been gone a while, all for good reason but I'm back to explain the current struggle in my life. I hope this episode normalises bad skin and acne as well as the mental health issues it brings along with it like a truck. This is a very sensitive and quite dark episode so take it easy and listen with care. I just want to let people know that they are not alone... even when you feel like you are sometimes.
