The San Diego City Council has approved the use of the controversial "Smart Streetlights" and Automatic License Plate Reader technology to fight crime in the city. A search and rescue has been called for a 34-year old hiker. A body was found on a hiking trail, but the recovery mission was stopped due to high winds in the area.
