Many different condiments have hidden sugars, high-fructose corn syrup, or soy oil. Even organic condiments can have hidden sugar and ingredients that aren’t keto-friendly. Consider making your own condiments to be sure they're keto-friendly. Give a few of my tasty recipes a try.
