Learn directly from a flight school owner, the secret of his success. Everything from the wild potential of the freedom of part 61 training to the formal and highly regulated career track world of part 141 including accepting VA benefits for primary training, will be covered in this talk. Tim Poole is Co-Owner and Chief Everything Officer of GT Aviation, LLC.  He holds Commercial ASEL and AMEL pilot certificates with Instrument rating, and is an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic with Inspection Authorization privileges.  He's the guy some call "crazy" for operating a flight school inside the most restrictive airspace in the US -- the Flight Restricted Zone around Washington, DC.  Aside from flight school ownership, Tim has spent the last 20+ years as a federal contractor supporting various DoD and federal Intelligence Community customers.  When not flying or turning wrenches, he currently serves as President of Cyber Technology Services, Inc.
