Socially Unintelligent

Do you know anyone who is quiet or maybe just stands there when there is a group of people chatting and some people seem to get bothered by their silence. Well, these people are what is now labeled  as Socially Unintelligent.  Truth be known that these people are actually very intelligent. They just don't have a lot to share or don't have anything to contribute to the conversation. I think that at one time or the other I have been socially unintelligent. Yes, I will share a short story, but who am I talking about?
