SOFT°POWER is the radio residency from Animistic Beliefs, showcasing their non-conforming and fun approach to DJing. With a keen ear for unexpected connections, SOFT°POWER is a space for risk-taking and forward-thinking selections that constantly shift between intensity, atmosphere and everything in between 🫧 This episode they’re inviting k0priva to join them in the booth. k0priva is the incipient project of performance and multimedia artist Magdalena Petrova. k0priva exists between the black box and the club, exploring ways of intertwining DJ-ing with performance art. Moving through space like a threshold-form, she weaves distorted textures and ritualistic drums with melancholic undercurrents. Alongside her artistic practice, Magdalena curates and produces events under SAMODIVA.
