Solitude with Emmanuel

from First15 Devotional · host First15

How often are you alone with God? Truly alone, pulled away from the rest of the world, in the quiet and stillness of his presence? I believe God is beckoning his people this holiday season to experience his Immanuel, God with us, nearness. Our souls need it, and God longs for it. Just as you desire to experience his presence and peace, God wants to experience your nearness too, simply because he loves you. May you be encouraged and motivated today to get truly alone with the Father in these days. Our Scripture for today comes from John 1:14, and today's worship is O Come, O Come, Emmanuel by First15 Worship. Help people connect with God in 2022 Your gift is doubled! Millions of people today are searching for peace. They’re searching for rest. They’re searching for something to help them find healing. That something is a person: God himself. And today, you can help more people connect with the God of true healing when you help expand the reach of First15 in 2022. Thankfully, some generous friends have stepped forward with a $100,000 Matching Grant — which will DOUBLE your gift to help meet the $340,000 year-end goal and finish the year strong. Reaching this goal in full couldn’t be more important, because every dollar given reaches one new First15 reader, listener, or viewer. And with the match, that means your $1 investment impacts two people. Here’s just a taste of what your gift will accomplish in 2022... You’ll help the First15 daily devotional reach more people through our app and emails. You’ll be a part of producing more podcasts that draw people into a deeper relationship with God. You’ll help produce more printed resources and devotionals. You’ll help create more powerful moments of worship music. You’ll be a part of launching a new and improved app. You’ll help expand the reach and impact of Primeros15. So thank you for giving below — and don’t forget that the $100,000 Matching Grant will double the amount and impact of your gift! CLICK HERE TO GIVE

Marathi Aarti Sangrah | मराठी आरती संग्रह Rajshri Entertainment Private Limited Aarti (आरती) is a devotional song sung to show devotion towards a deity and to Glorify a deity. Aarti is sung during Ritual of Aarti, in which flame is offered to deity. Aarti is a Hindi word and it is also spelled Arti, Arati or Arathi. The word Aarti is derived from the Sanskrit word Aratrika (आरात्रिक), which means something that removes darkness. MRE Podcast MRE Podcast This is a daily devotional podcast for those who want more of God's Word each day. I read the Word and share my insights from the Word. You might ask why do I do this? In the wilderness, the Israelites had to depend on daily mana from heaven to live. They couldn't eat yesterday's nor keep them for the next day. They always lived on the fresh mana each day. We also need to live by the fresh word of God each day. However, often we skip a meal and live on the past encounters with God. Someone of us gets too busy to eat or someone us do not know how or where to start. We need fresh encounters each day with the Lord so that the love of Christ will overflow to others. That's what I am doing, doing my quiet time and feasting and sharing the food with people. Join the Lord's table with me!
