Some toxic people never change. Why? Because they do not think they are toxic, and they have absolutely no desire to change.They blame everybody else. They play victim. They rewrite history. They avoid accountability like it is a full-time job.Meanwhile, you keep giving chance after chance, conversation after conversation, warning after warning, hoping this time will be different.guess what …. It is not different. and it’s not gonna be different until they change.Stop expecting growth from people who are committed to staying exactly who they are.You cannot fix them. You cannot heal them.
