Those of us who've experienced depression , anxiety , PTSD , or any other mental setback knows what it feels like in those exact moments. Those moment when you feel #TrappedInTime. From my personal experience of being in my pit of hell to overcoming adversities and completely demanding control of my life. I never thought it was possible to be so happy. All I had to do was... Well just do it ! Like Nike ! What the **** does that mean ? Thats why Im here to explain what it is. What it was for me was alcohol and women. It could be sex for you. Or smoking , maybe
