Megan guides smart, skilled, high-performance women entrepreneurs to structure and deliver transformational group coaching and training programs that provide them with more time freedom to spend with family, a sustainable high integrity business, and long term profitability. While obtaining her Masters Degree in Teaching, Megan began her career as a high school Business Education Teacher teaching both in person and for North Carolina Virtual Public Schools. Prior to starting her current business she was the Director of Curriculum Development and Client Experience for an international coaching and certification company serving over 1,000 clients in a group coaching model over the course of 3 years. As the Co-Founder of Structured Freedom Inc., the business she runs alongside her husband, Megan has facilitated over 25 group coaching programs and has hosted nearly 20 in person retreats.
