Winds hold steady at 13 miles an hour, keeping those wind chills honest. Tonight drops to 30 degrees by 6 A.M. Push north to the Midlands and it's nearly identical — 47 degrees by 3 P.M., but winds gust to 16 miles an hour around noon. That's the kind of breeze that finds every gap in your jacket. Lows tonight crash to 27 degrees by 4 A.M. Up in the Upstate, you're the cold spot today. Just 43 degrees by 2 P.M.. And tonight you're bottoming out at 24 degrees by 4 A.M.
