SriPonya is a 501©(3) public charity that promotes recovery through creativity, culturally responsive programs and community. Coming up on September 26th they are hosting a documentary at the Tin Pan Theater in Bend – as a way to share a story about bipolar disorder and addiction. Another film Sri Ponya is hosting is My Ascension which is a documentary centered around a 16 year old, left paralyzed by a suicide attempt who focuses on overcoming her injuries and increases awareness about a school based suicide prevention program.
