Standing in the Gap

In Ezekiel 22, God looked for someone to stand in the gap so that He would not destroy the people, but he found no one. In Exodus, Moses did stand in the gap and saved a nation. What does it mean to stand in the gap before the Lord? Will you be one who commits to standing in the gap for others? Jesus stood in the gap for all humanity by His sacrifice on the cross.
