Standing Up To Suicide on Sky News...

I recently had the honour to head into the Sky studios for an interview with Kay Burley on Sky News. I wanted to play you the interview, alongside giving you a bit of a background into how it happened.In the interview we spoke about the book, but also went into detail about my Dad's depression, his suicide, the way I dealt with it and the stigma that still surrounds mental health. It's only short, about 10 minutes long, but since it went live I've had numerous messages from people stating that it helped so I wanted to share it here.My biggest takeaway from it is just how important it is that we talk openly about mental health. That we say how we feel and we're not afraid to talk openly about suicide either.
