Stargate Atlantis - Trinity

This week on Trinity, Rodney destroys 3/4s (well, 5/6s) of a solar system but does he learn anything from it? Also, Ronon is not alone as he had thought.   We really like this episode but we have a major issue with trying to figure out how much time actually passes in this episode.
