Stargate SG1 - Avenger 2.0

Avenger 2.0 has some major issues for us. Felger is TOO bumbling. How does he still have a job? Why don't the stranded teams manually dial the gate to get back to the SGC? Ba'al has a computer hacker in his ranks? And how would he have even come to the conclusion that there was a virus in the DHD? None of this makes any sense.
