Morning Mantra: "The best way to achieve big goals is to take small steps." When you start working towards a goal it can be overwhelming.  So overwhelming that we quit.What if you break that huge goal down into micro goals?Want to run a 10K but can't get off the couch? Start walking to the mailbox and back.  Then add to the end of the street. And add a little further each time it gets easy.  Before you know it you can run those distances.Want to lose 30 lbs? That's really hard when you look at it that way.  Why not start eating better with one meal? Then two.  Then one day.  Then two.  Until eating healthy is a way of life.When we break things into small steps that we can do, it creates motivation every time we succeed.  If we try and set a huge goal, go after it with gusto and fail, it has the opposite affect. Keep your eye on the prize and try and remember little by little adds up to a lot. #BeWillingToStartSmall #BeHappy #BeHorsey #BeHippie #HorseHippie #MorningMantra #InspirationalQuotes
