Then add to the end of the street. And add a little further each time it gets easy. Before you know it you can run those distances.Want to lose 30 lbs? That's really hard when you look at it that way. Why not start eating better with one meal? Then two. Then one day. Then two. Until eating healthy is a way of life.When we break things into small steps that we can do, it creates motivation every time we succeed. If we try and set a huge goal, go after it with gusto and fail, it has the opposite affect.
