(3:30) People tend to quit going to the gym after only two weeks or so after signing up. They use excuses even though they feel better while exercising. DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness) is another reason people stop. (10:00) This feeling will happen less and less as you become more consistent and stronger. Start where you are and work up—you don't need to go hard right away. (15:00) Don't be intimidated by others and where they are in their journey. You don't have to go to a gym all the time.
