Today I welcome Mr Ten Minutes, Florian Dagoury to the podcast. He is a free diving instructor currently based in Thailand and for the past 10 years him and his team have taught over 7,000 students, 300 free diving instructors and coached many champions along the way. In his early years he was mainly trained in deep diving, achieving a 90 metre dive in just one breath.  Over the following years he developed a soft spot for static apnea and made it his priority, hitting 10 and a half minutes which was seen as a world number one performance. Florian sees his discipline as a way to develop basic abilities including; deep relaxation, co2 tolerance, hypoxia resistance, lung capacity and mental techniques.    You can find more information on Florian and his work following the links here: Website: https://www.thestaticplatform.com/ Instagram: @mr10minutes   Sponsors with the code "HUMAN" at checkout: Red Light Rising: https://redlightrising.co.uk/ Ape Nutrition: https://apenutrition.co.uk/   Train with me: David Tilston: https://www.dtilston.com/   Contact us: [email protected]

Human Systems — Practical Clarity in a Complex World Oddly Robbie What does it actually feel like to live alongside AI?Human Systems is a podcast by Robbie Ellestad (Oddly Robbie), exploring how people think, adapt, and navigate real-world systems in an increasingly complex world. Each episode starts with a real moment—then breaks it down into a clear, usable system. From AI and digital environments to culture, identity, and bureaucracy, this is about understanding how things actually work—not how they’re supposed to work.Recorded from Spain and shaped by lived experience, these are not abstract ideas. They are practical patterns you can recognize and use immediately. If you’re tired of hype, noise, and overcomplication—this is a calmer, more grounded way to understand what’s happening around you. This isn’t about trends. It’s about clarity, structure, and staying human inside complex systems.
