Stellantis, parent company of Jeep and Chrysler, is temporarily laying off more workers across two plants in Kokomo. The Indianapolis City-County Council approved more than $1.5 billion dollars in spending for 2024 with a unanimous vote Monday. Federal funds will support work to reach Indianapolis youth with mental health challenges and involvement with the juvenile justice system.
