Did you read Heavy Metal Magazine growing up?This story manages to flesh Taarna out while still leaving parts of her history to the imagination. How do you accomplish this balancing act?The original Heavy Metal film - particularly the Taarna segment - is filled with both epic needle drops and an incredible Elmer Bernstein score. Do you listen to anything while you write Taarna, and would you recommend any albums or artists for readers to crank up while they read?This series has a rotating group of artists. Taarna goes very hard, from heads being crushed to Taarna entering the fucking sun, was there a particular panel or page one of the artists blew you away with?When developing the villain Urcuss, what was your approach and were there any inspirations?Taarna sequel when?Switching gears to Wonder Woman Evolution, in the second issue Diana mentions she is not a god, and Taarna is constantly telling everyone she’s not a god either, what makes these characters similar?It's been a year since you launched Harley Quinn #1 (March 2021), what have you learned about the character?Harley Quinn has been such a fun series full of twists.
