Steps to begin Healing

from Renovating U & Me · host Denise Recker, Alexander Bodine

Did your Father and Mother or caregivers regularly tell you at an early age that you were loved? Did you feel like you were wanted and that your parents or caregivers wanted to spend time with you? Were you encouraged and validated? These can sometimes be hard questions to address.    If you say that you came from a happy home where you were loved, ask yourself the following:  ➡️Were you given the tools and love that you needed to be in healthy relationships with others?Or did you get a bunch of coping mechanisms and a handful of negative thought patterns.   ➡️Were you given tools to live  powerfully out of who you are?    In today’s episode we talk about about how REJECTION can take root at an early age if the questions mentioned above didn’t happen.
