Steve Nash - Chief Executive of the IMI

Dan Cottrell chats to Steve Nash, Chief Executive of the IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry). Steve has been in the motor industry since he graduated in 1977 and brings decades of experience to the role. He campaigns for a number of initiatives for the creation of a license to practise for those working on electric vehicles in support of grater adoption of the technology, wider take-up of apprenticeships in the automotive retail sector and the application of qualifications to ensure the highest standards of customer service throughout the motor retail experience.
