But then, we hear from older women about how they're looking for younger men nowadays...all because men their own age are tired, cranky, sick and drink too much. Well, my returning guest is the Elite Man himself, Justin Stenstrom, who nowadays talks more holistically about Elite LIFE in general than simply Elite Manhood. Even though Justin is a bit younger than I am, he had already been getting weird symptoms and scary health warnings...all without even knowing where they were coming from. And here's the thing. Once we as men start down that path of apathy toward our health, we have less energy and get more depressed. As you may already know, that leads to a vortex of physical and psychological destruction that often leads to an early grave. And yet, because we're men, we'll rarely ask for help. We'll also let symptoms get worse and worse before we finally do something about it. So how do we as men stop ourselves from literally dying on this hill of stubbornness against changing that which is killing us?
