In Episode 8, “The Battle of Starcourt,” emotions run high as the group stages an epic final stand against the Mind Flayer. Hopper and Joyce attempt to shut down the gate to the Upside Down, leading to a tragic and emotional climax, while Billy makes a heroic sacrifice to save Eleven.
