stuck in: the plot

in this episode, we get sticky through the conversations of, difficult emotions + circumstances, victimization, mindset alterations, and collaboratively , the idea that our circumstances are always working for us, not against us. i also share an update on my absence on Unstuck-The Podcast- and the future of which my energy is flowing!! life can throw a handful of situations, feelings, losses, and circumstances at us, and many of which, we don't know how to appropriatley process. it can be so natural to fault and feel victimized of the, "why me?" we often lose sight of the fact that, whatever life throws at us, it's happening FOR a reason. making the shift of 'to me' to, 'for me' can be SO powerful. even when times are sticky and icky, the belief that the feeling is providing abundance towards something greater, can change so much inside of us. i provide examples of how this shift has shown up in my life, and peace i've already gained from it so far, encouraging you all to join me :) remember, it's all for the plot of our beautiful lives. in some way or another. all you have to do it trust and believe in that. thank you for listening, you are so deeply loved. forever and always.
