"One of the learnings I've had in my career is to give it a couple tries and if you're not getting that respect that you are really looking for or you're not able to be your authentic self at work and you don't see a path to making that happen because of the leadership at the company…I'd recommend just leaving.And I know that's an easy thing to say.
