GREEN WEEKS AND NEW PEAKS - Sippers are on the up. The boys are really starting to settle into their respective preparations. Johnny is 16 weeks out from his undisclosed event and his recent meeting with Gav has him walking around with a hard on. Lake BG was not a happy camper on Saturday but that doesnt stop the lads from giving her a good old fashioned pounding - respectfully of course. We discussed the planning of a mid preperation tear, and how the timing of one pre event is pretty much rocket science.
