Sydney Zwicker: Intuition + Holistic Pelvic Care

from The Intuition Conversations

This week I interview fellow Qoya teacher and pelvic health expert Sydney Zwicker.  Join us as Sydney tells us all about her passion for pelvic health, sexuality, Qoya and embodiment practices. Sydney images intuition beautifully in terms of it being split between the body and the mind and considers how we can allow the two to come together. We discuss the nervous system in its various modes and how truth and safety comes from a balance of the system. Finally she shares the importance and power that comes from connection with your pelvic wisdom and menstrual cycle. This episode really shares the power we have within to find our real truth. I cannot wait for you to hear the wisdom in this episode. About Sydney:Sydney Zwicker is a bodyworker and women’s health mentor based in Denver, Colorado. Her intention is to give clients and students the tools to journey into wholeness. She believe there is no one way, nor right way to heal. It’s a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of courage. Her passion is to be a catalyst in shedding the stigma of the female-lived experience, through embodiment practices, such as Qoya, Holistic Pelvic Care and Women’s Health Massage. Outside of her in-person bodywork practice, she offers online courses, workshops and 1:1 coaching programs to help women reclaim their essence and embody their truth.Website: www.zwickerhealingarts.comFacebook: www.Facebook.com/zwickerhealingartsInstagram: @zwickerhealingartsAbout Meghan:Meghan Field is an intersectional social justice activist, Qoya Teacher, Intuitive Embodiment and Practical Magic Coach, Moon Mna/Irish Celtic lineage practitioner and Owner of Sacred Kernow Retreats.  Meghan lives in England, where she works as a Director of Advance Charity and offers 1:1 and group well-being and empowerment classes, workshops and retreats for women. In her embodiment and empowerment work, Meghan supports women to remember who we are before the world told us who we should be.
