Synthesis of Air-Stable Acenes

This week, Danny Greene talks about the research he has been doing for the past two years! Danny's research focuses on the synthesis of air-stable acenes for uses in drug delivery, singlet oxygen detection, and as organic thin film transistors. Danny just gave a poster presentation about his research and where they are currently at with this project. He also is starting new research in the spring where he takes on a more biological approach.
