Empiezo la temporada 2, EXPLORAR. Destaco las enseñanzas que pude extraer tras el caso del Señor K, subrayando el tiempo de calidad dedicado a conversar en profundidad con mi marido sobre todo lo acontecido en modo "debrief". Especialmente abundo en el énfasis de esos días en cultivar la amistad dentro de mi pareja, revitalizando el vínculo de cofradía y confianza, indispensable para sostener la intimidad emocional, y así pudimos habilitar niveles superadores en nuestra habitual comunicación. Repaso la teoría triangular del amor de Sterberg y los estudios de Gottman respecto de las parejas de larga data y la crucial importancia de la amistad y los mapas del amor. Flota la pregunta: estamos concientes del necesario trabajo de autoconocimiento a lo largo de una relación de pareja prologada, para abordar el tema central de los mundos privados?   I highlight the lessons I was able to draw from the case of Mr. K, emphasizing the quality time spent having in-depth conversations with my husband about everything that happened in a thorough "debrief'. I elaborate on the emphasis during those days on cultivating friendship within my marriage, revitalizing the bond of camaraderie and trust that is essential for sustaining emotional intimacy, which led us to a fantastic upgrade in our communication skills. I review Sternberg's triangular theory of love and Gottman's studies regarding long-term couples and the crucial importance of friendship and love maps. A question lingers: Are we aware of the necessary self-work throughout a long relationship in order to address the central issue of our very own private worlds?
