Tres que no son multitud En este episodio, te cuento pormenorizadamente el antes, el durante y el después de nuestra primera cita hot tripartita. Lo bueno, lo regular y lo excelente en esas 72 horas de novedades, fastidios, aprendizajes y lecciones. Comparto la previa al día del encuentro pactado, y revelo la intimidad de ese preámbulo en pareja. Una vez más, como en tantos otros pasajes de este diario intimo que les comparto, debo enfatizar la importancia de la comunicación abierta, honesta y oportuna para cimentar las experiencias que queremos transitar en conciencia y positivamente. Cuantas molestas y desgastantes peripecias en nuestra larga vida de a dos  (no necesariamente atinentes a las vivencias sexuales) podrían evitarse si nos esforzamos en cultivar las habilidades del caso?   In this episode, I take you through the before, during, and after of our first hot three-way date in detail. The good, the average, and the excellent within those 72 hours of new experiences, frustrations, lessons, and insights. I share the lead-up to the planned encounter and reveal the intimacy of that prelude as a couple. Once again, as in so many other moments of this intimate diary, I must emphasize the importance of open, honest, and timely communication in building the experiences we want to navigate consciously and positively. How many frustrating and exhausting ordeals in our long life as a couple (not necessarily related to sexual experiences) could be avoided if we made a true effort to cultivate these essential skills?
