Born and raised in the Black Country, West Midlands but now residing in Worcestershire Tom Lee Rutter has been passionate about films and film-making from as far back as he can remember. In 2017 he made the acclaimed docu-horror BELLA IN THE WYCH ELM which examined a local unsolved murder which has become world known folklore.He works for Black Country boutique label Treasured Films producing extra features for Blu-ray releases and writes about horror and cult films for collectors magazines such as We Belong Dead and websites such as We Are Cult.
