Taoiseach to question staffing concerns at new Ballyshannon Hospital

The Taoiseach has committed to finding out why there are apparent difficulties in recruiting staff for the new Ballyshannon Community Hospital. The state of the art facility only partially opened earlier this year and the HSE say that efforts are ongoing in meeting the phased opening deadlines. However, there are fears that the staffing levels required won't be achieved. Speaking in the Dail, Sligo Leitrim Sinn Fein TD Martin Kenny says that an intolerable situation is emerging. While Taoiseach Simon Harris says he will raise the matter with Minister of State Mary Butler:
