The skirt is gonna be made of round biscuit cakes smeared with delicious frosting. Don't forget to make an opening to insert a doll inside! Then we need to make a perfect shape by cutting out the edges. And the next step is to cover everything with yellow fondant. And finally, we'll insert the Belle doll into the opening and complete the dress with the necessary decor such as a collar, gloves, and flowers on the hem! Voila!
