Brad Richards has nearly 30 years experience in the corporate world across the world - as both employee and consultant. With experience in sales, marketing finance, and IT, he has extraordinary depth of experience. He really likes to "make things go!" too. In our interview, Brad highlights the need to be direct and respectful with all employees.
