I have had a visit to Key West on my bucket list for a long time, and given that I had a big birthday coming up last week, I wanted to celebrate it in Key West.I learned about "island time" while there, and it occurred to me that "island time" was just what I needed. So I slowed down, relaxed, and came home feeling rested and rejuvenated.Everyone needs to take "island time" occasionally to help manage their stress more effectively. When was the last time you took time away from your day-to-day routine? Think about it and plan a trip for yourself. Take time for yourself.
