Tears in the Rain (parental alienation) with F. Leonard Myers

from BITEradio.me · host Robert Sharpe

Tears in the Rain (parental alienation) with F. Leonard Myers A narcissistic storm has raged inside Peter Webster for ten years following his bitter divorce. Driven by revenge he has waged a subtle but incessant war to win the allegiance of his daughter, Julia, and turn her into a weapon designed to destroy his ex-wife, Sharon. He appears to have won when, at age 14, Julia abandons her mother’s home and soon thereafter completely terminates her relationship through a series of denigrating, judgmental emails and slamming the door on the possibility of any future communication with her mother.  “Tears In The Rain” is a story of the tragic impact of the silent and little understood epidemic of narcissistic revenge and parental alienation. It is a story experienced by thousands of innocent children and targeted parents caught at the destructive intersection of pathological narcissism and toxic divorce.  Len Myers received an M.B.A. from Boston College, an M. S. in Public Administration from Northeastern University and has his B.A. from Colorado State University.  Len worked in outdoor experiential education in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and taught several courses for the Educational Psychology Dept. at Boston College. Later he worked in the  hi-tech industry as a General Manager with Marshall Industries, Distribution Manager at Dallas Semiconductor and Global Distribution Manager at Synqor before retiring due to multiple sclerosis. Len co-authored a book on experiential education with Dr. John Dacey at Boston College and is the author of Tears in the Rain, his first novel.
