Eine zukunftstragfähige Markenstrategie schafft es, dass die Marke als wertvolle Begleiterin in der Veränderung angenommen wird. Aber: Industriegrenzen verwischen mehr und mehr, Wettbewerbsumfelder greifen ineinander über. Je weniger Marken exklusiven Einfluss auf die Kundenkontaktpunkte haben, desto flexibler muss das Markendesign sein. Im Markenauftritt sind smarte Wege der Differenzierung zu finden, um weiterhin sichtbar und zuordenbar zu bleiben, z.B. über einen starken Farb- und/oder Soundcode.
