But if we can manage to follow it, we can help ourselves. Sharing in this episode a personal story of how being grateful helped me to come out of a deep dark pit. A pit we most of the time don't talk about. Maybe because of shame or maybe because we are afraid of the judgments of others. But as a human being, these are the ways we might feel.
