This two part series is based on a training I did for hospice volunteers interested in sitting vigil with people actively dying. As Death Doula work gains popularity here in the US.  it feels appropriate to take the opportunity to talk about what it looks like to be in someones home when they are dying, or to sit with someone in a facility who is actively transitioning.
