The 15-day Transfer Portal window began yesterday and goes through April 30th…does that make Nebraska’s choice of a late Spring Game wise or questionable?

-As Bill pointed out yesterday, schools like Utah had their Spring Game this past weekend, which allowed players to go through Spring Ball and see where they’re at with the team, and to see if it’s time to move on-Nebraska players would be leaving right in the middle of Spring ball if they were to leave now…and would only have 3 days to make a decision following the Spring Game if they left. Was that by design for Matt Rhule and staff?
