A recording of the live book club event hosted by Chris Winson with Dr Lucy Maddox, author of "A Year to Change Your Mind".  Lucy is a clinical psychologist, author and researcher at the University of Bath. Lucy has worked in the NHS and within the third sector, with a lot of experience of working with and supporting young people with their mental health. She has a love of learning and is currently undertaking a second PhD, coupled with the desire to share much of what she learns. In addition to her recent book, Lucy has also published two other books, "Blueprint" and "What is mental health?" and often contributes to media outlets, including BBC Science and The Guardian. For several years Lucy was a special advisor to the BABCP and proceeded the podcast series looking at many therapeutic approaches "Let's Talk About CBT".
