Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Ante Zizic, and the Brooklyn Nets 2018 first round pick are all taking a road trip over to Cleveland. That's right, not just Isaiah Thomas is finding a new home in Ohio. LeBron James gets himself someone to help him out on defense, and the Cavaliers get a little bit of insurance if LeBron decides to leave next season.
